We specialise in designing custom battery packs ready for mass production at our manufacturing facility. This means that we do not serve individual or small series production requests. If you’re at the early stages of development with a view to ramping up production volume, we are very happy to discuss your options, get in touch!

Where is your battery manufacturing facility based?

Alexander Battery Technologies’ manufacturing facility is based in Peterlee, UK which is in the North East of the country. We also have offices in Frankfurt, Germany to support our customers in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

How soon can my battery products be brought to market?

We pride ourselves on a rapid process of New Product Introduction and this begins before you even commit to award your new project to us. Our battery projects vary greatly in complexity from just one cell to large packs with high voltages using hundreds of cells and multiple Battery Management Systems. We work with you to ensure tight deadlines are well prepared for and met, but in general we will be in full production within 9 months on average.

Our available capacity for Portable Battery Packs exceeds 100,000 per week currently, we operate a scalable production facility capable of fulfilling battery projects of almost any size.
