20/06/2025 At ABT, we are proud that women make up 40% of our workforce, a figure that enforces our commitment to diversity within our business. International Women in Engineering Day occurs annually on June 23rd, providing us with the perfect opportunity each year to celebrate the outstanding contributions women make to ABT every day.
This year, hosted by International Marketing Apprentice David Cairns, Human Resources Manager Amy Jefferson, and Project Engineer Dianna Sanchez, we reflected on their achievements as women in engineering and some of the challenges they have faced in their careers. The conversation ends on a high note with Amy and Diana delivering their advice for young girls who are looking to start their journey within engineering.
