We design our production process to be scalable by empowering our operators, optimising the machinery involved in manufacturing, and maintaining a flexible approach to our production shifts. Across our business, we have 60,000 square feet of manufacturing space with 13 lines that can be set up in numerous ways to increase our production capacity and incorporate your next project. The readiness we have to accept new projects starts with our global supply chain. With excellent long-standing relationships with global tier 1 suppliers, we have access to high-quality components to manufacture our battery packs. We use our just-in-time (JIT) ordering system to ensure we have the correct amount of components to start your project, ready to hit your delivery timelines.

We have semi-automated lines that can be configured separately, allowing us to manufacture different battery packs throughout a production shift. Our quick changeovers can have lines set up and configured to deliver a different pack within a two-hour period. Our programmable machines maintain consistent product quality, even when we reconfigure a production line.

We have the capability to bring in and train new operators who will still meet our high quality standards to meet increased demand. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we met a sudden increase in demand from a tier-1 OEM by bringing in enough new operators to run three continuous shifts over a 24-hour period. Despite the influx of new operators into the business, we still had each new operator work through our training program to ensure that the quality of the produced packs would meet customer requirements.

No matter how busy we are, we always prioritise quality across every project, regardless of scale or complexity. Our lean manufacturing approach ensures minimal waste and maximum efficiency, enabling us to deliver products that meet the highest standards consistently.
